On Monday, April 1, 2019, former amateur boxer and professional wrestler turned motivational speaker, Marc Mero, presented to about 700 students and staff at the University of Maine at Fort Kent's gymnasium. Marc's message encourages youth to dream big, make positive choices, and make a difference and is filled with information, anecdotes, and personal experiences of resiliency that inspire his listeners to achieve their highest potential.
As a special presentation, Valley Unified families are encouraged to attend the 7:00pm presentation at Fort Kent Community High School this evening, Monday, April 1. This is a free presentation where Marc will share more of his message, urging families to develop a strong foundation based on making positive choices.
