Eric Larsen is an American Polar adventurer known for his expeditions to the South Pole, North Pole, and Mt. Everest. He is also a 2024 recipient of the 50 most interesting athletes in the world.
Eric will be in our area on December 9, and will share his story of adversity and overcoming obstacles to all Valley Unified students in grades 6-12. This presentation will be at Fort Kent Community High School. Madawaska and MSAD33 students will be bussed to and from the event.
Parents are asked to be on the lookout for permission slips that will go home today, and to make sure those are completed and returned to school prior to Monday's presentation.
