The Maine CDC has designated Fort Kent Elementary School as an outbreak school based on their definition of three or more confirmed cases of COVID-19 from 3 different households within 14 days of each other based on PCR testing.
Please see the attached letter for more information on the Maine CDC's position of our status, and confirmation that we are doing all of the right things to "keep as many children in school as possible, as safely as possible."
