As part of a Valley Unified (aka Tri-District) project to provide regional professional development to the educators of MSAD27, MSAD33, and Madawaska Schools, many summer PD opportunities have been made available to the educators of the region. Today, over 30 educators from Valley Unified schools voluntarily attended a beginning or advanced training in EMPOWER, the learning management system that is (or will be) utilized by all schools to track student proficiency.
Who says teachers get their summers off? Not these teachers!
